All transactions are conducted solely between the buyer and the seller. Autointercambio is not a party to any transaction and assumes no liability for any resulting disputes.

2. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

By using Autointercambio, you affirm that you:

  • Are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the United States and Mexico, including but not limited to vehicle sales, import/export, consumer protection, and advertising laws.

3. Listings and Transactions

  • Autointercambio does not verify or guarantee the truthfulness, legality, or quality of listings.

  • Vehicle conditions, histories, titles, and other details must be verified independently by the user before completing a transaction.

  • All negotiations, pricing, and logistics (including delivery and payment) are handled solely between buyer and seller.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Posting a vehicle for sale on Autointercambio may be subject to a fee. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated prior to payment.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional premium services may be offered (e.g., featured listings or ad boosts).

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post stolen, fraudulent, unsafe, or misrepresented vehicles.

  • Use false or misleading information in listings or messages.

  • Use the Site to conduct scams or spam users.

  • Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or interfere with its operation.

We reserve the right to remove any listing, restrict access, or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Autointercambio and Global Vehicle Exchange LLC are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from your use of the Site.

  • We do not guarantee or warrant the accuracy, legality, safety, or quality of any vehicle listed on the Site.
